BBC iPlayer Rocks!

When I moved back to the UK it was my first experience with the TV Tax.  I didn’t really get it at first and thought it was pretty rude that you get taxed when you bought a tv.  Not everyone uses the BBC’s services and it can suffer sometimes from bad programming.  So why pay for something that I’m not going to use!  My view didn’t really change up until the past year when they released their content through an app calld the iPlayer.  The BBC iPlayer is similar to YouTube but is solely for BBC’s programming this includes all of their channels including TV/Radio broadcasts.  You can watch whatever was on commercial free for the past week so that means if you miss a show you can always check the iplayer to see if they have it.  One of the greatest bonuses is that it works with my PS3!  Good job BBC!
